FleetViewCompliance deadlines for small fleets
Sign in

A 12-truck fleet has more than a hundred compliance deadlines a year. Miss one and a truck stops earning.

Medical cards, CDLs, annual inspections, Clean Truck Check, registrations, MVR reviews, Clearinghouse queries, IFTA, MCS-150. FleetView tracks all of them on one screen and tells you what to do next.

Los Angeles carriers running 5–30 trucks. Setup done for you.

What it costs to miss one

Truck out of serviceA driver stopped with an expired medical certificate is disqualified on the spot, and the truck does not move.
Registration blockedAn unpaid CARB Clean Truck Check fee puts a hold on your DMV renewal. Most carriers find out when they try to renew.
USDOT deactivatedA late MCS-150 biennial update can deactivate your USDOT number, and the penalty accrues daily.

What FleetView does

One screen, worst first

Overdue at the top, then the next 30 days. Every line names the driver or the truck, says what to do, and shows where the date came from — so you can check the work rather than trust it.

It admits what it does not know

A missing medical card shows as urgent, not as fine. An out-of-state truck on a CARB schedule we cannot calculate says exactly that, instead of showing a confident wrong date.

12 rules, each with its citation

FMCSA, CARB, DMV, CDTFA and UCR. Every rule carries the regulation it comes from and the date it was last checked against the source.

What it does not do

It does not file anything for you. Almost none of these agencies accept filings from software — MCS-150, Clearinghouse, CARB and IFTA are all done by hand in their own portals. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something that does not exist.

It is also not dispatch, load boards, ELD or invoicing. Other companies do those properly. This does one job.
